Destructive Testing

Destructive Testing is a method of evaluation for determining the existing condition of internal roofing components, substrates and any amount of entrapped substrata moisture through observation and the use of a hand held, digital moisture probe. Allied Roofing Consultants & Services offers destructive testing services to our clients in order to assist with the evaluation of existing roof systems in order to provide accurate and cost effective recommendations for re-roof projects. By performing Destructive Testing on an existing roof system that has been recommended for re-roof, the consultant can provide a detailed analysis of the current condition of the existing roof deck substrate as well as provide accurate levels of entrapped moisture content through observation and the use of a Delmhorst digital handheld moisture probe.
