ROOF ADMINISTRATOR

STEP 1 - Login
STEP 2 - Property Page

Roof Administrator provides building owners and property manager’s valuable roof data to help manage their roof assets and budget expenditures.

The Property Page from this window will allow you to view your entire region, or portfolio.

You simply click on Roof Data, to get information about your roof system, warranty, contractor etc. Leak History will show you a year to date calculation of repair cost and a summary of repairs.  Report Leak enables you to place your repair request via E-mail and capture the information into the Roof Administrator Program.  The Reports tab allows you to view your inspection reports, photo documentation, Cad drawings, roof warranty and additional reports.  

STEP 3 - Roof Data
In the Roof Data page you will find detail information about the roof of the selected property including roof data, roof details and warranty data.

STEP 4 - Leak History
In the Leak History page you will access any past or present leaks on the selected property as well of a maintenance expenses report. By clicking on the Details/Resolve button you can access detailed information on the leak.
STEP 5 - Report Leak

The Report Leak page will allow you to report a leak for the selected property.

The program will automatically search for the warranty number (if available), warranty expiration date, contractor warranty (if available), roof manufacturer's email, installer's email and repair contractor's email and will include those emails accordingly.

To report a leak you simply fill in the Reported By box, Return Email Address Box and Leak Description boxes and then click on "Get Ref. Num." to get a reference number for the leak report and click on the Submit button.

This Leak report will be sent to the selected emails addresses with the property name and address and simple instructions to the contractor to resolve the leak report.

STEP 5 - Leak Details

The Contractor will receive an E-mail automatically from you with instructions, once

They open the E-mail they will see the above form.

After the repair work has been completed, the repair contractor will follow the link on the original email to resolve and finalize the leak report by filling the Repair Cost, Repair Date, Repaired By and Repair Notes.

In the contact information page you will find detail contact information on the selected property including mangement and maintenance data.
